We’ll troubleshoot the issue with you first — many problems can be resolved without a return. If a warranty replacement is needed, we’ll provide a return authorization and ship a replacement.

Note on Damage Testing

All testing as outlined and documented in each product manual MUST take place for ANY warranty claim to be honored. We strongly recommend using any included monitoring alarm or a digital ohmmeter to test the heating element resistance before, during, and after installation of certain heating elements. This establishes a baseline reading and allows you to detect any installation damage before it’s covered by flooring or concrete. Damage discovered after installation that was not present at delivery is not covered under warranty.
