Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We only offer a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Less than 30 days since purchase.
  • The item was shipped in error or a different item(s) is being purchased.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Minor wear & tear from shipping is acceptable and the box(es) may have been open.)

Return shipping must be covered by the purchaser.

A variable restocking fee applies to orders when:

  • The order is over 30 days
  • Items are not in the same condition, damaged, and/or are missing parts, components, or manuals.
  • Items are not being exchanged for another item.

To complete your return, contact us to get a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. RETURNS CANNOT BE PROPERLY PROCESSED WITHOUT THIS!

Refunds

If your return is accepted, then your refund will be processed any fees applied and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check the method of payment used to purchase the item.

Check any tracking information for the returned item to ensure it was delivered.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

If your item was damaged in shipping, is defective or for upgrade, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Please contact us FIRST before shipping any exchange items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will WILL NOT BE INCLUDED your refund.

We ask that when shipping your return, to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Service provider and/or shipping speed is purchasers discretion. We are not liable for your missing returned item(s).
