Description
The Heatwave Power Module is compatible with all of the M429-line of thermostats.
In large applications the M429 line of thermostats can be extended with additional Heatwave Power Modules. Output can thus be increased by 15 A per module. The provided instructions guide the the installer and end-user through the few necessary steps to ensure the correct installation and operation of the thermostat and power module. By connecting the dual control lines from the primary thermostat to the power module, the module acts as a slave unit, and sends power to the connected Heatwave systems.
The Heatwave Power Module features a built-in Class A GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter). Should a ground fault occur, the GFCI disconnects both lines to the Heatwave Floor Heating System. The Power Module and GFCI are multi voltage models suitable for 120-240 V (incl 208 V).
