Commercial and industrial applications can use 208/277V systems at 37 or 50 watts per square foot for faster melt performance.

Manual vs. Automatic — Which Should You Choose?

Manual activation (SnowMeltz Basic): You turn the system on with a switch when snow is forecast, and off when conditions clear. Lower upfront cost, requires you to remember to activate it.
