Description
The SnowMeltz kits provide 37 watts per square foot at 240 volts.
Comes with a M326ARS Activator which is a moisture/temperature activator that activates once moisture is detected and the temperature is below 37 degrees (F). Once moisture is no longer detected, the system continues to run for about 90 minutes. The M326ARS must be mounted outside and are capable of switching up to 30 amps. The M326ARS has a moisture sensor that can be remotely located up to 10 feet away from the main activator unit.

These systems come with concrete jumpers for safely crossing control joints in concrete pours.
